GROUP THERAPY
Groups are designed to support in learning new skills and decrease feelings of isolation by connecting with other individuals with similar experiences or challenges. It provides a safe space where people share with others their own prespective about an specific problems or challenge and to learn from and with each other. The major purpose for Group therapy is to help people learn about themselves and improve their interpersonal relationships. It addresses feelings of isolation, depression, anxiety, depression, trauma, codependency and affair recovery.Our practice is pleased to offer a variety of therapeutic groups and time-limited workshops, for children, adolescents, and adults.
